Continuum’s Help Desk business delivers white-labeled, 24 x 7 technical support services to approximately 70,000 end-users who are employed by several thousand small and medium-sized businesses located primarily in the US, UK and Australia. The Help Desk business, located in Cranberry, PA, Mumbai, India and Manila, Philippines, has grown more than 50% in each of the last three years and similar growth is anticipated for the foreseeable future.
The Help Desk Service Delivery Manager serves an essential role in coordinating the activities of the members of one of the Help Desk teams. The SDM will lead a team of 10-14 technicians in providing great support for our 70,000 customers in resolving their technical issues.
Reporting to the Help Desk Senior Director, the Service Delivery Manager will work with internal teams and our MSP partners to ensure ever-improving support for their customers. The Security Partner Manager will be a critical resource in helping our partners maximize the value from the Continuum Security Suite. This resource will be responsible for: ensuring MSPs understand how Continuum Security solutions can grow their business, facilitate new Security Product adoption and drive increased cyber security awareness within the organization and to the MSP market. The Security Partner Manager is responsible for working with existing Security partners, ensuring their knowledge and satisfaction with the tool set meets standards. The Security Partner Manager will also work this those partners to further adoption of the product suite and enable growth of the partner base.
The SOC Architect (SA) is a hands-on technologist who is an expert in the use of the technologies that comprise Continuum’s SIEM solutions reporting to the Director of SOC Operations (US). The scope of this position is company-wide and requires an understanding of all partner facing systems the company uses and how they provide value to our partners. The SA works closely with other members of the Security Teams in ensuring that the information security posture of the company’s solutions is maintained and takes a proactive approach in continually assessing the effectiveness and efficiency of the SIEM offerings.
