You possess superior UI/UX skills and are able to translate high-level marketing requirements into interaction flows and then transform them into beautiful, intuitive, and functional web pages. In this role, you’ll wear many hats and will be responsible for managing a collaborative design and development process by partnering with team members to design and code website updates for Continuum web properties.
Reporting to the Senior Website Manager, this role will partner with a Front-End Developer and Web/Graphic Designer within the Marketing organization to ensure development coding processes and branded designs are consistent across all Continuum web properties. By working collaboratively within the Web team, this role will this focus on user experience and conversion and assist in running web analytics to inform A/B testing, identify opportunities for establishing reusable, high-performance UI code, and develop optimization strategies for improving user experience, as measured by user engagement KPIs like click-through-rates, page depth, conversions, etc.
Continuum's Help Desk provides real-time 24x7 support to thousands of client desktops and devices around the United States and other countries. The Help Desk Technician will report to a Service Delivery Manager and provide remote technical guidance, assistance, coordination and follow-up on customer questions, problems or malfunctions of all PC and Apple-related issues with a goal of first contact resolution. This part-time position will be located in Cranberry Towmship, PA. We have two shifts available. The first shift is Monday and Tuesday 9:00am - 3:00 pm, Wednesday and Thursday 10:00am - 2:00pm. The second shift is Monday through Thursday 4:00pm - 9:00pm.
