Responsibilities

Job Description

  • Candidate must have good knowledge in desktop support.
  • Candidate should have knowledge on any one technology Antivirus/patching/windows OS/Outlook/DHCP/DNS.
  • Ready to work on 24x7 support (rotational shifts)

Desired Skills

  • Ability to Understand and support devices likes Desktops/ Laptops, Printers.
  • To provide support to end-users in troubleshooting and resolving of desktop PC/Server problems.
  • High level Desktop troubleshooting and maintenance
  • Basic knowledge of Windows installation and Application troubleshooting experience (eg: MS Outlook/Outlook Express)
  • Antivirus Software Installation and troubleshooting
  • Windows/Microsoft Updates/Patch Management.
  • Installation / re-installation, upgrades and patches for desktops.
  • Patching on antivirus servers, DNS, DHCP, backups.
  • Basics knowledge of Servers and AD/ Exchange (optional)
  • Installation & troubleshooting of all MS windows operating systems.
  • Configuration of Email Clients & troubleshoot.
  • Configuration of Printers & basic diagnosis.

Qualifications

Educational Qualification - Any Graduate.

 

Experience-  Fresh graduate
