    The North America Field Marketing Manager is responsible for the development and execution of field marketing plans for North America. You’ll work closely with our sales, demand, product marketing and corporate marketing teams to plan, execute and measure the ROI of field marketing programs. This position is directly responsible for joint marketing plans, budget management, programs, demand generation, field event management, program adoption, execution, related communications, metrics tracking and ROI.

    Responsibilities

    • Plan, execute and measure ROI of field marketing programs, including the development of integrated marketing plans targeting both prospects and existing partners to drive increased pipeline and brand awareness
    • Work hand-in-hand with sales, demand and product marketing teams to gather field requirements and build marketing campaign plans to support pipeline targets that are aligned with corporate objectives and regional sales goals
    • Work collaboratively with the demand generation team to leverage planned campaigns and provide relevant field input and feedback on activities
    • Develop a deep understanding of Continuum’s business and act as primary marketing contact with local sales teams and leadership, including regular participation in team calls, in-person meetings and strategy sessions
    • Plan and execute marketing programs and activities including seminars and conferences, webinars, digital marketing activities, email campaigns and more
    • Execute Continuum’s field event strategy and tactical plans, project managing from beginning to end including all logistics, onsite execution and post-event analysis
    • Assess and identify the appropriate mix of partner-targeted and partner-driven marketing programs to achieve target marketing contribution goals (MQL/SQL and pipeline contribution)
    • Manage budgets, forecast and compile reporting metrics for each specific NA program
    • Develop quarterly marketing plans, track projects and manage lead follow-up processes
    • Research, select, negotiate and manage vendor and services relationships
    • Measure each project against goals, following through to completion both on time and within budget
    • Guide and ensure consistency of corporate messaging and brand throughout each program

    Qualifications

    • Proven experience in regional marketing with a history of achieving pipeline goals
    • A sense of urgency and desire to work (and win!) with a team of smart, hard-working and collaborative individuals
    • Ability to build a strategic plan and clearly tie program execution and pipeline metrics to that strategy.
    • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders and all levels of management
    • A self-starter mentality, strong decision-making and a demonstrated ability to think quickly on your feet.
    • The desire to thrive in a fast-paced environment with willingness to travel within territory.
    • Must have experience using a marketing automation (MAP) and CRM tool(s)
    • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects with quick deadlines
    • Strong project management, negotiation and decision-making skills
    • Use expertise and creativity for innovative marketing recommendations and solutions
