    We are looking for an enthusiastic Technical Sales Engineer who will be assisting in pre-sales support and onboarding of new partners to the Continuum platform.  Technical Sales Engineers are responsible for partner education, technical success, and maximizing product adoption by new partners during the onboarding period.


    The Technical Sales Engineer is a partner-facing professional who helps to ensure partners realize value on Continuum’s platform and scale their business by guiding them through the Partner Journey, providing enablement, training, and direction via phone, email, and online collaboration.


    • Become a subject matter expert in Continuum’s platform of products and services
    • Provide pre-sales support and assist with product demonstrations and evaluations
    • Conduct live training sessions virtually and in-person with individuals and groups
    • Focus on partner satisfaction and growth by helping them utilize full product capabilities
    • Answer business strategy, process workflow, technical, and platform questions
    • Manage and respond to all inbound partner communication in a timely and helpful way
    • Validate post-install partner experience and overall partner satisfaction
    • Act as the technical liaison between Continuum and our partners
    • Track and report on daily activity in the company CRM application
    • Provide feedback on product features and priorities to the product management team


    • Previous technical training, software sales, or technical account management experience
    • Superior communication, presentation, interpersonal and time management skills
    • Technical aptitude in cloud solutions, server & network monitoring and desktop maintenance
    • Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain relationships with senior executives and owners
    • Ability to multi-task and prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced dynamic environment
    • Desire to learn, grow and assimilate new information quickly to apply in day-to-day activities
    • Ability to lead a conference calls, take ownership of an issue and see it through to completion
    • Travel may be required up to 20% of the time to industry events and business meetings
    • Experience with SaaS software platforms and a CRM Package such as Salesforce is a plus
