  • Overview

    The Senior Technical Partner Manager is a combination technical account management and partner development functions, focused on maximizing partner retention and increasing product adoption. The TPM is expected to achieve “trusted advisor status” with the partner key executives as well as supporting the partners technical team. They will play a key role in helping our partners maximize the value they get from the Continuum platform. The TPM will ensure that partners utilize all Continuum GTM assets, leverage best practices, and understanding of how to best engage with our services teams.

    Responsibilities

    • Act as the primary point of contact from Continuum to the partners
    • Create & Execute “get well plans” to retain key partners.
    • Act as the partners’ advocate to communicate feedback/issues to Continuum
    • Promote product adoption and success through regular communication, training, demonstrations, and evaluations
    • Focus on partner satisfaction and retention; help partners fully utilize product capabilities
    • Retain partners through success/value realization & Desired Outcomes
    • Conduct training sessions with individuals and groups both in-person and online
    • Manage and respond to inbound partner communication in a timely and helpful way
    • Maintain recordkeeping to allow for tracking of key metrics
    • Complete specialized projects as assigned
    • Expected travel up to 25%

     

    Qualifications

    Partner Relations:

    • Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain strong business relationships
    • Strong customer facing skills and strong verbal and written communications skills Ability to structure and lead meeting in-person and on the phone
    • Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain relationships with senior executives

     

    Technical Savvy:

    • Technical aptitude in server & network monitoring and desktop maintenance activities
    • Experience with CRM software, like Salesforce, is a plus
    • Experience with IT Managed Services / MSP Channel is a plus
    • Experience in Security Software is a plus

    Education:

    • BS degree in a technology field
