  • Overview

    We’re looking for an experienced graphic designer to join our team of demand and marketing experts. Reporting to the Director of Corporate Communications, the Creative Design Specialist will be responsible for elevating Continuum’s brand through the strategic use of graphics, digital and print media.

    This position will support a wide variety of marketing, sales and customer success initiatives, and will play a key role in helping Continuum further-shape and refine our brand identity and go-to-market strategy.     PLEASE INCLUDE A LINK TO YOUR PORTFOLIO


    • Design content and collateral to support a variety of Continuum’s inbound marketing, sales and corporate branding efforts—including eBooks, infographics, datasheets, presentations, web graphics, event signage and more
    • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders and teams to determine the ideal approach, strategy and deliverable(s) for marketing and sales initiatives
    • Maintain brand and style guidelines to ensure Continuum is delivering a consistent and high-value experience across all portfolio content, marketing and sales collateral
    • Optimize and enhance existing collateral to reflect new features and releases, creative treatments, etc.
    • Ownership of Continuum’s creative graphic and asset library


    • Bachelor's degree in graphic design, fine arts or related field
    • At least 2-4 years of experience with creative graphic design in a corporate or agency environment (bonus points for technology industry experience!)
    • Strong attention to detail with the ability to translate technical concepts into approachable and consumable visual assets
    • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator)
    • Able to effectively engage and interact with key stakeholders, adhere to deadlines and manage multiple creative projects simultaneously
    • Creative portfolio and samples required
