    Continuum is looking for an exceptional, experienced sales professional with a successful sales track record and solid business background to join our team.  This individual will play a key role in the acquisition and onboarding of Managed IT Service Providers (MSP’s) in the U.S and Canada.   Our Channel Development Managers are responsible for growing our strategic partner base through the successful adoption of Continuum’s business model for new MSP partners.  

    Our company mission is to be the world’s leading provider of software and services that enable IT Solution Providers to serve the increasingly complex technology needs of small and medium businesses.  This position can be a remote location and report into our Cranberry Township, Pennsylvania location.



    • Expand Continuum’s partner base by driving the recruitment of Strategic Partners.
    • Engage in exceptional telephone, email and on-site conversations with managed service providers (MSPs) and value added resellers (VARs) to acquire and close as new partners.
    • Exceed established acquisition targets.
    • Travel to prospect sites, conferences and events in an effort to acquire new strategic partners. (10% travel)
    • Maintain a pipeline of qualified prospects sufficient to meet and exceed quarterly sales goals.
    • Record and provide partner feedback and industry trends to the broader organization.
    • Maintain consistently high phone & email activity volume.




    • A proven sales track record of success and ability to identify opportunities and leverage internal & external resources appropriately. Strong qualification skills are a must to be successful in this role.
    • Solutions selling experience.
    • Experience selling software, SAAS, technology solutions is a plus but not a requirement.
    • General knowledge of IT infrastructure technology
    • Knowledge in: Remote Monitoring and Management, Backup and Disaster Recovery, and Security Solutions. 
    • Sales experience in systems and desktop management solutions/managed services to the SMB market, is a plus
    • Knowledge of the Managed Service Providers (MSP) channel is a plus.
    • An ability to manage a sales process, including negotiating sales opportunities to closure, through a deep understanding of a prospective customer buying process
    • Demonstrated personal commitment and interest in continued professional development
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Self-motivated with a continued desire to improve
    • A team player that wants to help others and win together
    • Tons of energy, passion, a sense of humor and enthusiasm
    • CRM experience such as SalesForce.com, or equivalent
    • University degree preferred
