    IT management platform Continuum is seeking an experienced Sales Executive to lead our growth in the North American region. Based at our Cranberry Twp. office near Pittsburgh, PA, the VP of Sales will lead the North American sales team’s new account acquisition and existing customer cross-sell, growth and retention.  Reporting to the Chief Revenue Officer, this person will lead all sales efforts and initiatives in the North American market, playing an integral role in helping drive the revenue growth of our company and helping our partners grow their business using our products and solutions.

    • Demonstrates strong leadership skills geared toward building a cohesive, high-performing sales team.
    • Has a proven track record of leading teams to achieve bookings and revenue targets.
    • Demonstrates experience with enabling channel partners in a sell thru model.
    • Develops and maintains relationships with senior executives and business owners of key partners.
    • Manages and leads new partner acquisition, working with marketing and lead generation teams.
    • Is a proponent of effective sales enablement strategies to minimize the ramp-up of new hires.
    • Interacts effectively with teammates, colleagues, customers, and prospects.
    • Recommends product or service enhancements to improve customer satisfaction and sales potential.
    • Mentors and coaches the entire sales team.
    • Shows capability adhering to and enforcing company best practices in pricing.
    • Prioritizes changing demands, multi-tasks, and creatively meets tight deadlines in a dynamic environment.
    • Works effectively and collaboratively with other company departments to ensure we are in sync on key items and actions:
    • Works with Marketing on full partner lifecycle from lead to CLV, including campaigns, product launches, etc.
    • Works with Finance on quotas, comp plans, forecasting, budgeting, incentives, contests, etc.
    • Requires travel up to 50%.



    • Bachelor's Degree or 5 to 10 years related experience in leading sales team with a consistent track record of success.
    • A proven strong leadership background in leading high performing sales teams.
    • Proven track record of leading teams to achieve revenue targets.
    • Technology sales background preferred with strong enterprise selling skills.
    • Excellent customer-facing skills, including verbal and written communications skills.
    • Enthusiastic individual with the ability to operate in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
    • Ability to use and improve adoption of the companies’ CRM application (SalesForce.com).
    • Experience selling Remote Monitoring & Management, Backup Disaster & Recovery, and Cyber-Security is a plus.
    • Proven ability to develop channel partners and resellers.
    • Superior cross-functional collaborator with exceptional general management skills and the ability to build relationships within an organization.
    • Strong interpersonal, presentation, and negotiating skills to quickly establish rapport and credibility at all levels within an organization, including the C-level and board-level.
    • Demonstrated experience working with geographically dispersed teams.
