  • Overview

    We are seeking an experienced Sales executive to lead our growth in the EMEA region. Based at our Bracknell office the Director of EMEA will play a key role in new partner acquisition and existing Partner growth.  Reporting to the Chief Revenue Officer, this person will lead all sales efforts and initiatives in the EMEA market, playing an integral role in helping to drive the revenue growth of our company and in helping our partners to grow their business through the use of our products and solutions.  The Director of EMEA is expected to lead, manage and develop a regionally-based team of Sales and Technical account managers.

     

    The right person for this critical and highly visible role will be a self-motivated results-oriented individual, who has a successful previous track record as a sales professional and business leader. The right person will also thrive in a fast paced and growth oriented environment.

    Responsibilities

    • Build and execute on a strategy for growth across EMEA
    • Set short and long-term sales strategies and evaluate effectiveness of current sales programs.
    • Develop and drive programs to increase revenue through new partner acquisition and across Continuum’s existing EMEA partner base
    • Manage and lead new partner recruitment – working with marketing and lead generation teams
    • Direct and oversee Continuum’s EMEA sales policies, objectives, and initiatives.
    • Recommend product or service enhancements to improve EMEA customer satisfaction and sales potential.
    • Be an effective leader of the EMEA Team and the Partner Community, along with working effectively with the Global Cross-functional organization.
    • Present our company vision and  unique value proposition to a large partner audience
    • Communicate our market position & solutions effectively to the local press
    • Mentor and coach the Sales reps and technical account managers
    • Work effectively and collaboratively with other company departments to ensure that we are in synch on key items and actions.
    • Develop and maintain relationships with senior executives and business owners
    • Work with Marketing on full partner lifecycle from lead to CLV; campaigns, product launches, etc.
    • Working with Finance on quotas, comp plans, forecasting, budgeting, incentives, contests, etc.
    • Will require travel, including international travel up to 50%

    Qualifications

    • A proven strong sales leadership background
    • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding revenue plans and targets
    • Track record of maintaining, establishing and growing regional strategic partnerships
    • Experience in recruiting, developing and growing distribution partner agreements
    • Able to service the UK, Benelux, and other countries in Europe as we expand
    • Enthusiastic individual with the ability to operate in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
    • Excellent customer-facing skills, including verbal and written communications skills
    • Track record of recruiting and retaining top talent in the high tech industry
    • Experience tracking activity in a CRM application (SalesForce.com)
    • Experience and success in selling in a business to business software sales environment
    • Experience in selling Remote Monitoring & Management / Backup Disaster & Recovery and Security is an advantage
    • Experience within the RMM environment is beneficial (exposure to Labtech, Kaseya, LogicNow, Autotask / AEM)
    • Experience within a Backup & Disaster Recovery (BDR) reseller environment is beneficial (exposure to Datto, Storage Craft, Veeam, Symantec)
    • Experience selling Security software and understanding the Security landscape is beneficial
