    Continuum is seeking a creative, experienced marketing manager for a part time position as a marketing specialist. This person will be responsible for developing and executing the go-to-market strategy for R1Soft, our backup solution for web hosting companies.  The position will report to the VP of Marketing and will work closely with counterparts in product management and sales.  The Marketing Manager role is based in our Boston office.

    Responsibilities

    • Collaborate with the R1Soft product manager and sales leadership to develop product positioning, and messaging.
    • Develop and execute on a go-to-market strategy that supports the growth and expansion of the R1Soft product line.
    • Build product awareness and execute PR, content and social media campaigns that support our thought leadership objectives; write blog posts and/or press releases as needed, and be the voice of R1Soft across social, online communities and forums.
    • Define role of events in the overall go-to-market strategy and manage all logistics relating to conferences and tradeshows.
    • Work with web site team to manage and update the R1Soft web site.
    • Collaborate with our internal creative team to create/update collateral and digital assets as needed.
    • Manage tactical activities associated with each product release
    • Coordinate database management of HubSpot and Salesforce.com.
    • Forecast, track, and report on campaign effectiveness and marketing performance with a deep focus on overall ROI, while analyzing campaigns to maximize conversion and lead quality.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree required
    • 5-7 years of B2B marketing experience, background in program management a must
    • Knowledge of the web hosting or BDR space preferred
    • Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally and manage programs from start to finish
    • Outstanding written and oral communication skills
    • Works and plays well with others
    • 10% travel (Houston and Pittsburgh)
