Drive new partner acquisition as part of a channel exclusive business model, focused in the IT space. This position is responsible for driving new and monthly recurring partner revenue, with compensation directly tied to your ability to close business.

Qualified candidates will need to be able to demonstrate the value Continuum Solutions to prospects through qualifying, coaching and demonstrating excellent product knowledge. Although primarily a telesales based role, there is the expectation to manage partners through the full sales lifecycle, this is not an appointment setting – you own the sale!



  • Engage in exceptional calls and meetings with managed service providers (MSPs) and other value-added resellers in the channel.
  • Maintain a sufficient pipeline of prospects through Salesforce to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals.
  • Record and provide partner feedback and industry trends to the broader organization.
  • Expand Continuum’s partner base by driving the recruitment and acquisition of high-potential partners.
  • Exceed established acquisition and revenue targets.
  • Enable partners through hands-on training to effectively present and sell Continuum’s solutions.
  • Maintain consistently high activity volume and lead conversion.
  • Manage assigned geographic region.
  • Mix of outbound and warm lead activity.
  • Minimum of 30 new dials per day.



  • Demonstrated ability to manage a sales process, including negotiating sales opportunities to closure, through a deep understanding of a prospective customer buying process.
  • Sales experience in systems and desktop management solutions/managed services to the SMB market, is a plus.
  • Knowledge of the Managed Service Providers (MSP) channel is a plus.
  • Demonstrated personal commitment and interest in continued professional development.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated with a continued desire to improve.
  • A team player that wants to help others and win together.
  • High energy, passion, a sense of humor and enthusiasm.
  • CRM experience such as, or equivalent.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
