You are an undergraduate student with a knack for developing highly functional web pages and intuitive user experiences. This role will partner with a Front End Developer and Website Designer/Developer within the Boston Marketing organization to ensure coding processes are optimized and high-performance UI code is used across all Continuum web properties. This is an ideal opportunity for someone looking for a comprehensive learning experience, as you will be exposed to the full website UX life cycle, website optimization and reporting tactics, technical search engine optimization tactics and given opportunities to partner with team members across the marketing organization. 6 month internship for course credit only.


  • Support the QA process. Work with team members to ensure web pages are highly functional across all devices prior to go-live.
  • Develop landing pages and support weekly content updates across all Continuum web properties.
  • Perform regular technical SEO audits on 404 errors, missing meta tags, etc.
  • Support large-scale initiatives across marketing and web by developing web pages in HubSpot and Sitecore, primarily.
  • Identify opportunities to improve code efficiency by auditing and streamlining coded files (javascript and CSS).
  • Assist the web team with weekly reporting and to identify opportunities for conversion optimization.




  • A current undergraduate, majoring in Computer Science / Web Development or related field.
  • Strong understanding of JavaScript, HTML and CSS. jQuery preferred, but not required.
  • Must have a strong understanding of developing responsive webpages for mobile, tablet and desktop. Experience with HubSpot Content Optimization System is preferred.
  • Working knowledge of UI/UX best practices and ability to write reusable, high-performance UI code.
  • Ability to work and thrive in a fast-pace, deadline driven, growth-oriented organization.
  • Strong sense of ownership. Self-motivated individual with a passion for identifying opportunities for driving optimization.
  •  Experience with modern programming languages such as C, C++, Java, or Python.
  • Certified on HubSpot Content Optimization System, used to create automatically responsive webpages for mobile, tablet and desktop.
