You are an expert in digital marketing with a passion for analytics and optimization. You have an impeccable eye for identifying optimization opportunities and exhibit strong analytical, planning, organizational and time management skills, with an attention to detail. You possess superior analytical thinking skills and have a knack for working cross-functionally to drive data-based decision making.  In this role, you’ll wear many hats and will be responsible for driving optimization through marketing analytics by collaborating with marketing team members to identify and solve for gaps in reporting, enhance marketing atomization tactics, optimize through A/B testing, optimize search engine visibility, identify segmentation opportunities, and drive innovative digital marketing tactics.

Reporting to the Senior Website Manager, this role will partner with program managers, website developers, digital designers, and digital content writers to continuously improve digital marketing tactics across all channels by developing weekly/monthly/quarterly reports centered on core KPIs and providing insights to support each team’s focuses and priorities. By working closely with the Senior Website Manager, this role will assist in managing marketing software to drive awareness around new features, build integrated marketing reporting across systems, streamline marketing systems, support data compliance projects and drive innovative digital marketing tactics by keeping a pulse on marketing software trends.


  • Support the management of all marketing software with the objective of enabling sales and marketing initiatives while ensuring software integrity, best practices and maintenance.
  • Demonstrate how data analytics and trends can be used to create recommendations that enable and improve business decisions and marketing performance.
  • Analyze marketing audience performance, identifying the business impact of marketing approaches and segments and derive new fact based recommendations on this based on company goals. Develop plans for strategic use of the contact database and process to support all marketing objectives.
  • Develop and deploy advanced functionalities using marketing automation and additional marketing software to develop complex flow charts for response handling, scoring, and lead nurturing.
  • Support projects to enhance digital marketing systems, infrastructure, and content.
  • Optimize site accessibility and performance through search engine optimization utilizing a variety of tools such as SEO Moz and ScreamingFrog.
  • Collect, analyze, and report data on relevant usage/traffic and usability statistics. Take an active role not only in providing insights into opportunities to add new features for better online presence, but repackaging and leveraging of existing content.
  • Contribute to additional strategic initiatives for the company as needs arise.
  • Support the research, identification, and implementation of new marketing technologies that improve the functionality and performance of sites or decrease costs and maintenance.
  • Manage and implement google analytics tags to track user interactions.
  • Ensure that optimizations drive conversion funneling, user engagement and improve UX. Exhibit a commitment to data-based decision making, as informed by A/B testing and analytics. 


  • Strong background working with Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager. Experience working with Google Data Studio or 360 Suite preferred. 
  • Strong understanding of A/B testing, funnel optimization, traffic analysis and personalization.
  • Experience working with Marketing Automation platforms like Trendemon.
  • Working knowledge of SEO best practices, with a focus on technical SEO optimizations.
  • Bachelors degree in Marketing Analytics / Digital Marketing or related field.
  • 2-3 years of proven working experience in digital marketing analytics, SEO optimization and digital optimization.
