You are an expert in digital marketing with a passion for analytics and optimization. You have an impeccable eye for identifying optimization opportunities and exhibit strong analytical, planning, organizational and time management skills, with an attention to detail. You possess superior analytical thinking skills and have a knack for working cross-functionally to drive data-based decision making. In this role, you’ll wear many hats and will be responsible for driving optimization through marketing analytics by collaborating with marketing team members to identify and solve for gaps in reporting, enhance marketing atomization tactics, optimize through A/B testing, optimize search engine visibility, identify segmentation opportunities, and drive innovative digital marketing tactics.
Reporting to the Senior Website Manager, this role will partner with program managers, website developers, digital designers, and digital content writers to continuously improve digital marketing tactics across all channels by developing weekly/monthly/quarterly reports centered on core KPIs and providing insights to support each team’s focuses and priorities. By working closely with the Senior Website Manager, this role will assist in managing marketing software to drive awareness around new features, build integrated marketing reporting across systems, streamline marketing systems, support data compliance projects and drive innovative digital marketing tactics by keeping a pulse on marketing software trends.
