Overview

Continuum is seeking an experienced marketing manager to support our continued global expansion with an emphasis on the EMEA and APAC regions. The Field Marketing Manager will work closely with marketing managers, sales executives, and technical teams across our global organization to generate qualified leads, launch products and services outside of North America, and drive partner adoption.  Based in London, England this role will report to the Director of Demand Generation in our Boston-based US headquarters with a dotted line to the VP of International Sales in our Bracknell office.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the liaison between corporate marketing organization and regional sales teams; facilitate knowledge sharing by disseminating program information to the sales teams and gathering and sharing market insights with members of the broader marketing organization on a regular basis.
  • Collaborate with the Demand Generation team to tailor corporate acquisition programs to meet the needs of regional markets; execute and measure impact.
  • Develop market-specific acquisition programs in order to capitalize on trends and opportunities uncovered by the regional sales teams.
  • Serve as the lead for regional events in coordination with Events Team; responsible for planning, management, and staffing of sponsored and hosted events.
  • Solicit input from regional sales teams and work with Product Marketing as well as the Content team to tailor existing and develop market-specific sales enablement resources.
  • Drive partner demand of new products and support upsell opportunities within our existing partner base; in coordination with partner engagement team.
  • Support relationships with third parties including regional distributors; develop and execute programs designed to drive adoption and revenue growth with guidance from Demand Generation team.

Qualifications

  • Candidate should have a proven track record of working well across functional areas and excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Strong communication and written skills are a must.
  • The ability to adapt to a wide variety of environments and cultures is necessary for this position
  • Individual must have strong organizational skills, be a pro at multi-tasking and work well in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in demand generation techniques and sales support is highly desirable.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years marketing experience is required.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration/ Marketing or relevant work experience.
  • Experience in software/high tech industry with an emphasis on channel is desired, SaaS industry experience is a plus.
  • Working knowledge of Salesforce.com and marketing automation tools (e.g. Marketo, Hubspot, etc.) is preferred.
